Each week you will receive a detailed video explaining the benefits and rationale of each step of the program, so you understand exactly how it fits in with the overall goal of being as healthy as possible for as long as possible.
I have found that once my clients understand more the impact of either doing things or not doing them, it makes much more sense to them than just being advised to do various things for their health with no explanation of the importance.
As well as this, I realise that many people are changing habits after many years of doing the same thing. This is much harder than it may sound, so there will be plenty of tips to make the transition as easy, natural and enjoyable as possible.

Notes will be available each week for you to download, including useful tools for evaluation so you can record your progress, tasty recipes appropriate to various weeks, including juice and smoothie recipes, quick and easy plant based meals, recipes with anti-ageing properties and notes covering the week’s topic for quick reference.
Facebook group support
There will be a private Facebook group with a small number of members so you can access tips and information both from me and from each other.
You can share successes or challenges, anything you feel may be useful to other members and ask questions about the program if you wish.
